"It is easy to make payments though the app and it is secure. Those are probably the only 2 good things about the app. It would be great if it would display the payoff balance and even amount due if you make a partial payment for the month. It would also be a good feature to show what you've payed on the account(s) you have opened with them."

"EVERY SINGLE MONTH I LOG ONTO THIS APP I HAVE TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD! I don't know why it doesn't remember it, but I have to do a 'Forgot password' because it won't accept it... And every month, I make it the same password that it should be, it's VERY ANNOYING"

"Useless. I can only make a payment, and it only shows old payment history for the app, nothing in last 60 days through the website. Can't check my balance, etc. Literally can only make a payment and nothing else. Uninstalled."
